Badrinath Kaleru is the Principal Architect and Director/ Co-Founder of Studio ARDETE. Being an overachiever from an early age, he went on to secure the gold medal in his alma mater - IIT Roorkee and now commands a popular name in the architecture industry in the Tri-State area of Chandigarh.
Having acquired mentorship by architects: Glenn Murcott, Dominique Perrault, Mario Cucinella and Shuhei Endo, he has striven to perfect his ideologies for approaching designs of diverse typologies. He has come to accept the advances in technology.
His endeavour and eagerness to ‘Design Like He Gives A Damn’ has earned him esteemed awards like - Indian Concrete Institute- Ultra-tech Awards,FOAID (Festival Of Architecture And Interior Design), IDAC, Eurasian Prize, Akaar Foundations, PHD Commerce’s Architect Under 40, Ultratech Concrete Awards 2019, 20, 21, Chicago Antheum, Architecture Master Prize, Eurasian Award 2018, 19, 20, and FOAID Platinum besides over a hundred national and dozen international awards. His works were displayed at the auspicious Salone Satellite and he authored the book “DESIGN FOR WOW” to share the wisdom he gathered over the years.
As a practitioner and advocate of design excellence which he continues to strive to achieve through a cohesive mix of technology and cultivated intuition, he wishes to imbibe the latest tech culture to build a design studio practice that is dynamic and ever-evolving, keeping in pace with the growth all around.
