An alma mater of IIT Roorkee and devotee of Sadhguru, she established Studio ARDETE 14 years ago, alongside her husband Ar. Badrinath after working in the global domain of Europe and Japan.

Impregnating the depths of disrupting ideologies in design practice in every attempt, her take on experimentation transforms and flirts with the boundaries of art in architecture and design.

Her practice is based on the core value of SPACE IS MORE which is reflected in the bold manner in which she portrays design elements in her work.

Her work has been recognised by 25+ International Awards like Wade Asia Awards, Phd Chamber Of Commerce, Archex Award, Design Perspective FOAID, WAF 2015/ 17, 18, The Architecture Master Prize 2018, The Chicago Athenaeum International Architecture Award 2019, Eurasian Awards 2020, and 45 national awards like FOAID 2017, 20, 21, Smart Green Awards 2018, WADE ASIA 2019, IDAC 2021, CERA Zero Energy Washroom Design 2018, NDTV Grohe Award 2017 among others.

Her contemporary furniture design was exhibited at an Event in Salone, Milan, Italy in the year 2018, and 2019.

Her use of modern construction and building methods to incorporate new techniques like parametric modelling is a force in the architecture and interior design realm.
